Pause, Rest but Never Quit!

A set routine structures your day and allows you to make the most of your time. It provides balance to your fast paced, chaotic and busy lives. Additionally, a good routine also helps you divide your personal and professional commitments maximize productivity and avail as many benefits as possible from the 24 hours available to you in a day. However, sometimes, the comfort a routine brings can easily morph into confinement. The same old motions of your daily lives can begin to feel rather exhausting and mentally draining. The monotony of the daily patterns – work, eat, sleep and repeat – become uninspiring.

It is extremely important to PAUSE at times, REST enough and MOVE On!! The underlined message is Never Give Up or Quit. Lets understand the benefits of Pausing!!

Keeping your focus intact and undisturbed,slowly steadily moving on towards it always must be clubbed with periodic resting slots to get the maximum results.

Let’s understand it clearly stopping/pausing doesn’t mean you must stay there. It is just to relax your body and mind to prepare for a bigger task.

Moving ahead should be the only direction! Even if the speed is slow. Taking a break recollects your energy and brings you closer to your goal.
