The sharpest minds often ruin their lives by overthinking the next step, while the dull win the race with eyes closed. A quiet mind is able to hear intuition over fear.

Overthinking is essentially thinking too much- exactly what the word means!!

Before you react, think. Before you criticize, wait. Before you pray, forgive. Before you quit, try! You will never be free until you free yourself from the prison of your own false thoughts. Before you talk, listen. Stop worrying about what can go wrong, and get excited about what can go right. Overthinking – the art of creating problems that were not even there. There is nothing in this world that can trouble you as much as your own thoughts.

Most misunderstandings in the world could be avoided if people would simply take the time to ask, “What else could this mean rather than overthinking?

We are dying from overthinking. We are slowly killing ourselves by thinking about everything. The more you overthink the less you will understand. To think too much is a disease.

Worrying is like sitting in a rocking chair. It gives you something to do but it does not get you anywhere. Stop overthinking. You cannot control everything, just let it be. Overthinking is the biggest cause of unhappiness. Do not ruin a new day by thinking about yesterday. Let it go.

Let us connect with our soul everyday:

  1. GoNatural: Overthinking arises when you are disconnected – disconnected from the body, mind, soul, society and the nature but evaporates when you feel connected with your body, mind, breath and the soul.
  2. Talk to yourself in positive affirmations. Overthinking arises when you unconsciously provoke negative emotions and thoughts and avoid positive emotions and thoughts
  3. Meditate – Meditation is not a task to perform but allowing the thinking engine to take rest. In the restfulness of the thinking, engine eternity arises.

Live your soul. #GoNatural
