No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted. It is not our job to play judge and jury, to determine who is worthy of our kindness and who is not. We just need to be kind, unconditionally and without ulterior motive, even – or rather, especially – when we would prefer not to be. We are constituted so that simple acts of kindness, such as giving to charity or expressing gratitude, have a positive effect on our long-term moods. The key to the happy life, it seems, is the good life: a life with sustained relationships, challenging work, and connections to community.

Just imagine how different the world could be if we all spoke to everyone with respect and kindness. Constant kindness can accomplish much. As the sun makes ice melt, kindness causes misunderstanding, mistrust, and hostility to evaporate.

To practice five things under all circumstances constitutes perfect virtue; these five are gravity, generosity of soul, sincerity, earnestness, and kindness. Truth is a deep kindness that teaches us to be content in our everyday life and share with the people the same happiness.

You never know when a warm smile with a simple hello can brighten someone’s day and life. Do it anyways. A face is a mirror most people do not know to read, anyone can hurt, as it is an easy task but very few can heal people around them.  Kindness is best ornament one can flaunt all the time. It reflects the inner beauty of a human being, something that stays even when the soul departs from the body.

I’ve been humbled by the amount of people who have gone out of their way to reach out, mentor me on an ongoing basis, and devote time to help solve the problems. I thank the kindness shown to me.

Live your soul. #GoNatural
